Insurance Policy

We request that payments be made at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, VIsa, Master Card and finacing options available through Care Credit. Our staff will do their best to help you receive the treatment and care you deserve.

If you do have dental insurance, we will strive to see that you receive the maximum benefits under the terms and limitations of you insurance policy. Our practice accepts assignment of benefits for most dental insurance carriers.

 As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim and inform you of your financial responsibility for any proposed dental treatment. We ask that you pay your deductible and estimated portion when dental treatment is rendered. We have provided a list of the dental insurance carriers we currently accept. If you do not see your carrier listed, please contact our office for further assistance.
