Appointments

You will be given our complete attention at the time of your dental appointment, a time which has been reserved especially for you. Changes in scheduled appointments are sometimes unavoidable, but do affect many other patients care. If such a situation should arise, we request that you provide us with a change or cancellation notice greater than 24 hours from the time of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee charged to your account.

Financial Information

We request that payments be made at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and financing options available through Care Credit. Our staff will do their best to help you receive the treatment and care you deserve. If you do have dental insurance, we will strive to see that you receive the maximum benefits under the terms and limitations of your insurance policy. Our practice accepts assignment of benefits for most dental insurance carriers. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim and inform you of your financial responsibility for any proposed dental treatment. We ask that you pay your deductible and estimated portion when dental treatment is rendered. We have provided a list of the dental insurance carriers we currently accept.
